always loved this!
I havent tried this yet.. but when I was a little girl my mom ALWAYS had it and it was my favorite!! So glad they started making it again!
The McNess Pudding and Pie Mixes were first introduced in 1919. For years they were staples in kitchen pantries across the country. The taste was so delicious that restaurants would use the same mixes to create their pies.
After an absence of almost twenty years and after many, many customer requests, we’ve brought the dessert mixes back.
These are not instant mixes. They are cooked over the stove the old-fashioned way. You need to add your own sugar (or sugar substitute) to the mix. For pies, we recommend adding butter and egg yolks to create a richer base. (See recipe on the side of carton.)
Cocoanut Dessert Mix
The Cocoanut Dessert uses the old-fashioned spelling, like you would have seen it if you were alive in the 1920s when it was first introduced. We use real coconut flakes in the mix.
Makes four 9” pies or 24 servings of pudding.
Ingredients: Ingredients: Corn Starch, Desiccated Coconut, Dextrose, Coconut Milk Powder (coconut milk, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate), Natural Flavor, Salt, Bright Yellow Food Color.
Gluten-Free
Contains Dairy, Tree Nut (Coconut)

Brings back childhood memories. Mom making pies with McNess. So glad this great product is back.
Just as good as always
I remember how good the coconut cream pie was when Mom would use this product to make it. Was so glad to find it now!
This one is my favorite . So yummy. Thrilled you all are doing puddings again.
This pudding brings back so many memories of my childhood. My uncle used to sell McNess so we always had a lot of the products in our house. This is absolutely the best coconut pudding I have ever had! Thank you McNess for bringing this back!!
