Krestol Eucalyptus Gel 4.2 Oz Tin

This salve has been in the medicine chest in my family since I was an itty bitty kid. I remember it being used on myself as well as my siblings and my parents for every wound, burn, cut, & scrape imaginable. That scent is a memory inducer. Each time I use it, thousands of memories of being slathered in this stuff as a youngster comes rushing back. Well, not actually slathered, as a little bit goes a long way. Many of the wounds I received as a child are no longer even scars, since this medicine makes the wounds heal without leaving a noticeable scar. I was happy to find it for sale in a much smaller can, since the huge can I have from my childhood is nearly empty. I'd have to live another 80 years to use a can that big again. The can lip redesign is awesome, and the product is one I will always use and recommend to anyone who has a wound that needs healing. The odor and can label design is familiar, and you know that it works.

If memories could have a smell this is one of my families! My grandma and poppy used this stuff religiously on everything, and told us it would heal the worst boo boos immediately. This was a smell we all in my family associated with them. I don't know why it took so long for me to track it down but I'm glad I did. It's the same smell as always. I had to order 15 tins so everyone could have their own. It was packaged so well and I will be buying more in the future.

This product is a must have for any in home or barn first aid kit! Helps soothe most any scratch, chapped area, burn, bump or bruise. We used to even purchase a super huge can for our barn to put on our horses hooves when they would get dry and crack or when they would stand in the wet. This is a very versatile product!

Again these products are the best. I highly recommend for burns, scrapes, etc.

I haven’t even opened it yet, and the two extra ones I ordered were for other people, but I know it’s excellent. I’ve had some of this salve that I’ve used for years and my mother used it when I was a kid so I just wanted to make sure I never run out. It works much better than anything else I’ve ever used.

This gel is magic I use it on myself, and all my animals, and it heals things in no time!!

I understand that the 4.2 oz tin is a bit less than the prior 11 oz can. There were a number of things that played into our decision to make that change. First, we wanted to find a different package that would be easier and safer to open. Two, we hear quite frequently from customers that they were still using a can that they purchased over 30 years ago. And for something that is often used on injuries, it should be replaced more often than that. So we changed to the 4.2 oz tin, which should be adequate for most uses. We do however have many who use the Krestol quite frequently, so we also have an 18.5 oz, easy to open plastic tub, which is the most economical size. We also had many ask for a travel size, so we also have a 1.8 oz jar. This size is also good for people who just want to try it before purchasing a larger size, or if you want to have the product in multiple locations in your home, garage, wherever. And concerning the cost, although there is no other product exactly like the Krestol out there, a quick Google search found that our price is quite comparable to many other similar products on the market. It's always hard to make a change like this, but so far the response has been mostly well received.
