Fun fact: this isn't the first time that Krestol was available in a small jar. Back in the 1940s there were jars of the Krestol Salve, the Mentholated Ointment, and other McNess products. We wonder if these were put in jars due to metal rationing during World War II?
The two main ingredients in Krestol Eucalyptus Gel are traditionally known to disinfect and heal wounds. (Cresylic acid and eucalyptus oil.) This special blend has been around for generations and is unlike any other product available. In fact, Krestol Salve was first introduced in 1908, the year the McNess brand was started.

Love having this in the smaller container for travel and keeping it fresh. We tend to go in spurts it seems using this. I've had the bigger containers sometimes for years before we used it up. ( not sure that was a good thing). This way I can have one in my car, one in my travel bag. One at home.

I've been using Krestol Salve for 60 years. Whenever children/grandchildren get cuts or skinned knees, rub it on, cover with a bandaid, and pain is almost instantly gone. Works for paper cuts, painful black & blue spots, and cold weather finger cracks. Put Krestol & bandaid on overnight, and healed by morning until you're back in the cold without gloves the next day. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about Krestol!!!
We are a Krestol Family. Love this travel size. Put a First Aide kit together for our Grandaughter who is going to college. Sending a bit of Grandma with her. This travel size was perfect. We bought another one for our RV.
