A McNess staple for over half a century. Combines vanilla with orange and lemon oil for an amazing taste experience! Use anywhere you would use vanilla in your recipes. We have ice cream makers who insist on using Wonder Flavor for their favorite frozen dessert. 

Gluten free, salt free. 4 oz 

Ingredients:

A special blend of Water, Alcohol 12%, Vanilla, Glycerin, Caramel Color, Vanillin, Bourbonal, Ethyl Acetate and other Synthetic Esters, Cinnamic Aldehyde, Lemon and Orange Oil Concentrates

    My grandmother would get the catalogs back in the day and always put this flavor in her recipes. This flavor reminds me of the good ole days. Such a feeling of nostalgia

    This is the best product ever. Being a baker, it's a delight to have someone taste your bake goods and say, "What's that flavor". They can't put their finger on it be knows it taste unique! That's what Wonder Flavor does to your baking. It's my special weapon! All of the products from the McNess Corp are great! The product gives your cooking that old fashion goodness. I love it and the company is wonderful!

    I love this flavoring! It "perks" up whatever you put it in. I bought 4 bottles so I never run out!

    Grew up with this flavor in my mom's confections. I love it and share whenever I can. Got two bottles - one for me and one for a friend. Great Christmas present for anyone who likes good flavor!

    I use Wonder Flavor instead of Vanilla in my Chocolate Chip Cookies - YUMM!! It's also an amazing addition to diet drinks when sugar is not an option.

    I bought this just to try it out. Because it's a lemon/orange extract based, it can probably be used for all sorts of cooking. It smells good, kind of reminds me of bubble gum for some reason. But don't let that deter you, I tried this in sweat potato casserole and it really livened up the dish because of the citrus. I gave it 4 stars because some of it seems to be more on the synthetic side. It has vanillin and bourbonal for example.
