A McNess staple for over half a century. Combines vanilla with orange and lemon oil for an amazing taste experience! Use anywhere you would use vanilla in your recipes. We have ice cream makers who insist on using Wonder Flavor for their favorite frozen dessert. 

Gluten free, salt free. 4 oz 

Ingredients:

A special blend of Water, Alcohol 12%, Vanilla, Glycerin, Caramel Color, Vanillin, Bourbonal, Ethyl Acetate and other Synthetic Esters, Cinnamic Aldehyde, Lemon and Orange Oil Concentrates

    I’ve used this flavoring since I was a kid. Please do not stop making it. It is the best wonderful flavor to put in banana pancakes chocolate cupcakes, coconut cake. It’s amazing.

    I "discovered" this product about a year ago. I love it!! I've been using it almost every day this summer in my iced coffee.

    My Mom used to own a bakery in the 1960's and 70's. This was her secret ingredient in baking. I have looked for this for a long time, and finally found it! I just sub this for vanilla, and what a wonderful difference. So happy to have found this product again!

    This is the best stuff. Use it in several pastries instead of Vanilla. Get compliments on flavor.

    Price for the bottle I can understand but the shipping cost seems a bit high

    Wonder Flavor Extract

    We love this extract and use it in a number of our signature breads and cookies including our assorted coconut macaroons and fruit breads. This extract is a combination of vanilla, orange and lemon which lends itself well to tropical-flavored recipes, recipes where you use berries and fruits. The prominent flavor is Madagascar vanilla, and the orange and lemon oils in the extract give it a nice undertone.
