WONDER FLAVOR™

A McNess staple for over half a century. Combines vanilla with orange and lemon oil for an amazing taste experience! Use anywhere you would use vanilla in your recipes. We have ice cream makers who insist on using Wonder Flavor for their favorite frozen dessert. 

Gluten free, salt free. 4 oz 

Ingredients:

A special blend of Water, Alcohol 12%, Vanilla, Glycerin, Caramel Color, Vanillin, Bourbonal, Ethyl Acetate and other Synthetic Esters, Cinnamic Aldehyde, Lemon and Orange Oil Concentrates

    I reorder this every few years, and get extra bottles to give to family. Fantastic in baked goods instead of vanilla extract.

    I have decorated cakes since the late 1950's and have used wonder flavoring in my frosting to rave reviews. I have many, many wedding cakes and birthday cakes and have only recently shared my secret flavoring.

    I love Wonder Flavor. My mom used to own a bakery, and she had used Wonder Flavor at home in her baking products for years. So she used it at the bakery. Everyone wondered what the secret ingredient was...and now I am using it also. Took me awhile to find, but now that I have, it will be in all my baking products!

    I always use Wonder Flavor in the cookies I make and call it my secret ingredient! I make cookies for many people and they love the taste because of it! When I first started using it my daughter said the cookies had always been good but something was different and they were fantastic now! I credit Wonder Flavor!

    I’ve used this flavoring since I was a kid. Please do not stop making it. It is the best wonderful flavor to put in banana pancakes chocolate cupcakes, coconut cake. It’s amazing.

    So good I'm going to order more for all the little adult Easter Baskets I send out. A novel treat with the Easter Candy.
