Was excited to find this item. I had grown up with McNess products. My grandparents sold them door to door. I works just like the old pain oil did I just used it on a burn.

Both menthol and wintergreen are herbs that have been used as medical treatment for hundreds of years. When applied to the skin, both of these natural treatments are known to help with sore muscles, joint pain and back pain. The have a cooling then warming affect known as a “counterirritant”.
While most products will have one or the other, McNess Mentholated Wintergreen Oil combines both menthol and wintergreen in one product.

"Pain Oil" now known as Mentholated Wintergreen Oil
I grew up in a McNess family. My maternal grandfather sold it. The item I used most was pain oil which we used on bug bites, small burns, and canker sores. Thank goodness it is still available. A little goes a long way, so I'm sure this bottle will outlive me.

I grew up on Mc Ness products. My mom was a demonstrator. I am thrilled to find a store I can purchase Mc Ness. The products are SUPERIOR !

Pain oil has been used in my family for at least 60 years. I never wanted to be without it so when I found you still make it under the name wintergreen oil I was so pleased. I have ordered a total of five bottles to share with my family. Thank you!

I have used Pain Oil, renamed to Mentholated Wintergreen Oil, for 78 years. My Dad was a McNess salesman in Arkansas during the late 1940's and swore by Pain oil. I use it for cut, aches, pains and insect bites, however it works particularly well on

Very soothing. Hydrating.
My skin is in better condition. Relief of pain is very minimal.
