This classic, unique blend of pure Madagascar vanilla and fortifiers creates a smooth flavoring compound. This delicious double-strength flavor will not bake or freeze out. Gluten free, salt free.

    We used this vanilla in my childhood home and I have used it for more than 40 years. Makes the flavor of all my bakery products excellant. Miss not being able to pick it up in my area.

    I have many kinds of vanilla flavoring, having spent several years as a baker. This one is by far, my favorite. It is worth every cent spent to buy it! Glad I found a place to buy it by the gallon online, as there is no place near my home that I have found to buy it! Thanks!

    Have used McNess vanilla for 40 years. There used to be distributors in our area, but there aren't anymore. Shipping is high, but the product is awesome.
