McNess has been in our family cabinets for well over 70 years. My mother use to buy the products from the McNess man that would come to your home. I remember the smell of the cakes baking with Wonder, Vanilla, Lemon or Banana flavor! Simply amazing! I wish you would bring the Lemon and Banana back in stock :-( We LOVE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS!

Our family has used this vanilla since I was very young (I am 74). My mother also sold McNess and we always loved their puddings, nectars, spices, and of course vanilla.
Years ago I used whatever vanilla flavoring I could find but I was never happy with any of them. The artificial one obviously didn't cut it. Other pure vanilla brands always seemed like the flavor I was looking for just wasn't there. Then one day I was given a bottle of McNess's Champion Madagascar Vanilla Compound. It has the most intense vanilla flavor of all of that I have tried. It is rich with a very intense vanilla bean taste. After doing research about what makes a good vanilla extract, I found out it is the Madagascar vanilla that makes it so good, and McNess got it right. I don't know what I would do if McNess stopped making it. When you find something that works like it is supposed to, you don't want to change it. And of our baked goods, one never tires of hearing; 'It has great vanilla flavor.' If anyone asks me what vanilla I would suggest, the first thing out of my mouth would be McNess Champion Madagascar Vanilla Compound. Please, please, please don't ever change the recipe!
