But to be 100% accurate, at this time, we are not selling “pure” vanilla but our vanilla compound will probably fool most people. Its primary ingredient is pure vanilla extract made from Madagascar beans. (Most experts agree that the best vanilla beans come from Madagascar.) Then we add vanillin and ethyl vanillin to make it double strength so the great taste doesn’t bake or freeze out.
