Cinnamon comes from the bark of the exotic evergreen tree Cinnamomum cassia. The McNess Cinnamon uses cassia cinnamon variety for a more robust flavor (what most Americans expect.) Sprinkle on toast with sugar, or use with your favorite cinnamon rolls. You will taste a difference. 

Gluten-free. Non-GMO.

PLEASE NOTE: Different cinnamons have been in the news lately for high lead levels. Please be assured that the McNess cinnamon is NOT included in these recalls.
