I have a friend who bakes cookies for her guys where she works and makes the best cookies every Sunday. She won't use any other vanilla.

We used this vanilla in my childhood home and I have used it for more than 40 years. Makes the flavor of all my bakery products excellant. Miss not being able to pick it up in my area.

I have many kinds of vanilla flavoring, having spent several years as a baker. This one is by far, my favorite. It is worth every cent spent to buy it! Glad I found a place to buy it by the gallon online, as there is no place near my home that I have found to buy it! Thanks!

Have used McNess vanilla for 40 years. There used to be distributors in our area, but there aren't anymore. Shipping is high, but the product is awesome.

We are second and third generation users of the McNess Champion Vanilla Flavoring Compound. We have found no substitute for its flavor qualities. It holds it's strength if you are boiling it or freezing it. It would be a very disappointing day if we ran out of this product! Thank you McNess.

I have been using the vanilla compound since I started baking in the 60's and am never satisfied when I have had to use a different brand. Others want to know my secret when they have used the same recipe and my product taste better.
